The Brooklane Cottage is a fully-equipped 1-bedroom, 750 sq/ft guest house that can sleep a family of 4-5. This is a place inviting you to feel at home. The entire house has been tastefully decorated by an artist throughout, providing a unique and inspiring buoyant feel.

On warm days you can lounge in the shade of the flower-surrounded front porch, or coze up on cold rainy days sipping tea enjoying the newly updated mini split heat pump heating system.
The bathroom is spacious and recently updated and invites long relaxing baths with the double bathtub/shower and a never ending supply of on-demand hot water. The washer and dryer are also located in the bathroom and are modern, energy efficient models.

Entertain friends or enjoy a quiet evening in the living/dining room. Flat screen TV w/DVD player, a stereo, as well as several board games and books are available to you. Also in the living room is a comfy hide-a-bed hidden in the couch.

There is no other place quite like the Brooklane Cottage. At every turn you will be surprised by what you find. From the recently upgraded custom tile work in the shower/bath, custom glass crafted bathroom sink (pic above), to the coffee-grain textured wall paint throughout most of the house. A place touched by the artist's hand throughout.
