Nightly standard rate:

$139

This is our standard nightly rate for non holiday/special event stays shorter than 5-nights.

Weekly disc. nightly rate:

$95

Discounted weekly rate for seven+ nights occupancy.

Monthly disc. nightly rate:

$62.50

Discounted 30+ night rate applies to all stays 30 nights and longer. Stays of this length are exempt from the 9% city occupancy room tax.

Holidays and Special events

At certain times of year for holidays and special local events our prices change commensurate with the local housing market. Examples include: OSU mom's/dad's weekend, OSU graduation, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. Please inquire for rates on these dates.
