This is our standard nightly rate for non holiday/special event stays shorter than 7-nights.

Std. discounted weekly rate for seven+ nights occupancy*

Discounted 30+ night rate applies to all stays 30 nights and longer and varies depending on the time of year* Stays of this length are exempt from occupancy room taxes.

At certain times of year for holidays and special local events our prices change commensurate with the local housing market.  Examples include: OSU mom's/dad's weekend, OSU graduation, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. Please inquire for rates on these dates.
