Great little cottage in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything was spotless and easy to find in the house. We accidentally arrived and checked ourselves in early but the host was very accommodating and let us check in early. The bed is comfy, the bathroom is clean and features a soaking tub. If you need a spot in Corvallis for a rest, this is it! I am hoping to rent this cottage again when I come back to visit my Aunt in the Fall.

This was my second time staying at Justin's place. I really looked forward to staying here again because it's such a great cottage with all of the amenities I was looking for — full kitchen, work space, room to relax in the living room, and nearby access to walking trails and a beautiful neighborhood. Justin was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly — he's an excellent host. This is my go-to place to stay in Corvallis!

The cabin is gorgeous. Spacious and wonderfully decorated. Great location, highly recommend. The bathroom is huge with a great bath tub and shower, and there's laundry on site.

We had a lovely stay at the Brooklane Cottage. Justin let us know the house was ready for an early check in which was really helpful. The cottage is very nicely updated and tastefully decorated. It was very clean and everything worked well. It is in a pretty setting with lots of big trees and an open grass area in the back. We slept well. It is a quiet location and both beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay there on future trips to the area.

Very sweet Cottage perfectly suited for our family of four for a weekend visit to OSU. Extremely clean and well equipped. Lovely and peaceful setting. Would definitely stay again!

Great little place for my kids and I. Single mom so I've gotta make my dollar stretch, and this was perfect for my 8, 9 and 15 year old and me. Be great for a couple too. Clean and thoughtful place. Totally recommend.

We were in town to visit our son who goes to OSU and lives nearby this cozy cottage. There was plenty of space for us to entertain our son and his friends for a quick dinner and the cottage is so convenient to all the OSU and downtown things. Justin was very easy to communicate with and responsive. We will be back!

This little cottage is just what we needed for a quick weekend trip to visit a college student. Right next to campus, cute, clean, quirky, and quiet! The Brooklane Cottage is a perfect place for a Corvallis stay. It's in a peaceful location, close by a natural area, yet so close to Corvallis downtown. Justin communicated well and parking was easy. My friend and I were in Corvallis for an entire week for an event and this was such a wonderful place for a long-term stay. The cottage gave very homey and warm vibes and had the essentials that you would need. The bed was also very comfortable!! From check-in to check-out, the host Justin was very responsive and was fast in replying. The neighborhood itself is very peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay here again if we found our way out in Corvallis!

Very convenient to OSU and downtown, as well as some lovely natural areas. The cottage was perfect for 2 — very roomy and comfortable. Nice aesthetic. Everything was very well thought out. Unlike many places I've stayed, there was plenty of room for our stuff. Great choice.

We absolutely loved the Brooklane Cottage! It is one of our favorite places to stay. Loved the bathroom countertop and unique art. Justin was kind and helpful and made us feel at home immediately. Great location close to town but not in the middle of it, so peaceful and quiet. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Close to OSU and a short drive to a great food Co-op and fun restaurants and shops. My mom comes out to Oregon every other year and wants to stay here again!

This is a unique place — in a good way. Someone with an artist's touch must have been involved. It was perfect for the two of us and easy to find everything inside.
